Kaitu Weir diversion works and its allied structures are to be constructed across Kaitu River, which is located near Spinwam at a distance of 28 km from Mirali Tehsil HQ of Tribal District North Waziristan.

7. 132 KV Transmission Line 45 km long Transmission Line from PH-IV to Domal Grid Station Bannu TESCO has completed field survey work. Plan and Profile line has been approved by IESCO and now Contractor is in process of mobilization at site.
8. Construction  of Colony at Bannu & Spinwam Residential Colony at site Spinwam and at Bannu

Spinwam Colony 31 acres land has been acquired for Spinwam Colony.
Site camp at Spinwam has been established.
Bannu Colony 4 acres land has been acquired. Boundary wall, Dispensary building has been completed.
Construction of Staff hostel, Officer hostel, Masjid, Office building and overhead water tank is in progress.

  • Rs. 84 Million has been transferred to APA / LAC Mirali, North Wazirstan Agency for land compensation.

  • 579.01 acres land has been acquired.
  • About 68.30 acres land is under process with AC Mir Ali.
