Scope of Work
To provide out-fall facilities to existing & proposed drainage units including rehabilitation of existing drainage network and to improve environmental conditions in Manchar & Hamal Lakes. This work will also increase agricultural production and improve environmental conditions in an area of 1.278 Million Acres.

Status:

• Balance work of Remodelling/Widening of Indus Link & Construction of Structures from RD 00 to RD 80+663. A defect Liability Certificate (DLC) has been issued.
• Balance Work of Remodelling of MNVD (RD 0 to 110) and construction of additional structures from RD 110 to 220. IoT has been granted & issuance of ToC is under process for approval of the Authority.
• Balance work of RBOD Extension (MNVD) i.e. additional structures from RD 0+000 to RD 132+600 & Additional Structures from RD 220 to RD 342. Taking over Certificate (ToC) has been issued.
• Monitoring of Quality of Effluent of Project Area-Work through Surface Water Hydrology Project WAPDA as deposit work is substantially completed.
• Handing / Taking over the process of the RBOD-I Project is under process with the Irrigation Department, Govt. of Sindh since 2020.
