LOCATION

Chashma Hydel Power Station is located on the right abutment of Chashma Barrage. The barrage is located on the Indus River near the village of Chashma in Mianwali District, which is about 30 Km south of Mianwali, 11 Km south west of Kundian Railway Junction and about 304 Km North West of Lahore. It is Low Head Hydel Power station with total Capacity of 184 MW consisting of 08 Units each of 23 MW.
