A large Number of posts of Teaching Staff were lying vacant in Wapda Educational Institutions all over the Pakistan due to ban imposed by Govt. of Pakistan from time to time.

In 2016-17,

• Seven (07) posts of Lecturers at Wapda Postgraduate College Tarbela were filled and 84 vacant posts of Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) were also filled in various Wapda Educational Institutions.

In 2018,

• Seven (07) posts of Lecturers at Wapda Postgraduate College Tarbela were filled and 40 vacant posts of Teaching Staff were also filled in various Wapda Educational Institutions.
