Lahore: November 2, 2016. WAPDA Cricket Team is at 1^stposition in Pool -A having 43 points after beating UBL by 20 Runs in their 5th match of Quaid-e-Azam Cricket Trophy 2016-17.

WAPDA Cricket Team played its 5^thMatch against UBL at Jinnah Stadium, Silakot from 29^th October to 1^st November 2016. While playing first, WAPDA Team made 227 in 1^stInns. Kamran Akmal of WAPDA made 94 runs. UBL cricket team collapsed on 145 runs in their 1^st inns. Muhammad Irfan (WAPDA) took 6 wkts while Azhar Attari 4 wkts.

In 2^nd inns WAPDA all out 243 runs and set target of 326 runs for UBL for victory. Salman Butt of WAPDA made 57 runs in 2^nd inns. UBL team all out on 305 runs. Azhar Attari of WAPDA took 5 wkts in 2^nd Inns.

WAPDA team won the match by 20 Runs. On excellent performance Azhar Artari of WAPDA declared man of the match.

WAPDA will face SSGC in their 6^thmatch from 5^th November 2016 at Jinnah Stadium, Sialkot.
