Lahore- November 22, 2017: The 25th National Karate Championship (Men) and the 11th National Karate Championship (Women) will be held from 24 to 26 November 2017 at WAPDA Sports Complex under the aegis of WAPDA Sports Board.

The 3-day Championship is being organized in collaboration with National Karate Federation. Prize distribution/concluding ceremony will be held on November 26 at 1500 hours.

As many as 10 teams are participating in the Championship namely WAPDA, Pakistan Army, Police, Railways, Punjab, Balochistan, Sindh, Khyber Pukhtunkhwa, Islamabad and Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).

WAPDA will defend both Men’s and Women’s titles. It is pertinent to mention that WAPDA Men and women Karate teams have been the National Champions for the last 20 and 10 years respectively.
