August 27, 2018: The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) Athlete Arshad Nadeem brought yet another laurel to Pakistan in the 18th Asian Games, 2018 Jakarta, by winning bronze medal in Javelin Throw with 80.75m throw.

Prior to this, WAPDA’s Karate Player Nargis has also won bronze medal for Pakistan in the Women’s +68kg Kumite Karate Category in the Asian Games. She won the first ever medal in Asian Games Karate Competition.
