WAPDA wrestler wins bronze medal for Pakistan in Summer Youth Olympics

 

Sportspic 2Lahore - October 15, 2018: Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) brings yet another laurel to Pakistan, as Junior wrestler Inayat Ullah of WAPDA, representing Pakistan in the 3rd Summer Youth Olympic Games 2018, won bronze medal for the country in 65-kilogramme category. This is the first ever individual medal by Pakistan in the Summer Youth Olympic Games. Pakistani contingent comprising seven members is participating in the Games being played in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Meanwhile, Chairman WAPDA who is also Patron-in-Chief of WAPDA Sports Board has congratulated WAPDA wrestler Inyat Ullah for winning the medals for Pakistan.

WAPDA players have not only been showing their class at the national level but also bringing laurels to Pakistan in international competitions. Since January 2017 so far, WAPDA players won 13 gold, 13 silver and 46 bronze medals for Pakistan in various international events.
