Besides successfully defending Men’s and Women’s Team titles in 59th National Badminton Championship concluded today at Lahore, WAPDA players also showed their class in other titles of the event as well. Mahoor Shahzad of WAPDA retained Women’s Single title by defeating Palwasha of Sindh by 2-0.

Mahoor and Ghazala of  WAPDA won Women’s Double title by beating Palwasha of Sind and Saima of WAPDA. However, Maqeet Tahir of WAPDA lost to Murad of KPK in final for Men’s Single title. Men’s Double title was clinched by Raja Zulqarnain of WAPDA and Raja Husnain of New Khan.
