WAPDA crowned National Men's Basketball Championship

November 24, 2023: Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) won National Men's Basketball Championship by beating Pakistan Army in the finals by 73 points. The final of the 5-day Championship was played at Government College University Lahore.

As many as 8 teams participated in the championship including Pakistan Air Force, Pakistan Army, Pakistan Navy, WAPDA, Pakistan Ordinance Factory, Islamabad, Lahore and Faisalabad.

Director General Punjab Sports BoardDr. Asif Tufail was the Chief Guest of the concluding ceremony, who gave away trophies, medals and prizes to the players and the officials of the winning teams.
