March 21.2023: The 2nd batch, consisting of 141 WAPDA security personnel, passed out today in a ceremony held at WAPDA Security Force Training School, Tarbela. GM (Security) WAPDA Brig (Retd) Muhammad Tufail was the chief guest. GM Tarbela Dam Zakir Ateeq and others attended the ceremony.

The progress on USAID-funded WAPDA projects - Kurram Tangi Dam Stage-I, Refurbishment of Mangla Hydel Power Station and Rehabilitation of Tarbela Hydel Power Station - was reviewed during the meeting.

The delegation was comprised of Executive Director for Pakistan Noor Ahmed, Executive Director for Japan Takahiro Yasui, Executive Director for People's Republic of China Veihua Liu, Executive Director for Korea Sangmin Ryu and Director's Advisor Ronald Ray San Juan.
